No, you cannot. StudAds and ELeavers are advertising networks, not banks, so they don’t allow adding funds or withdrawing money directly via a debit card. If you add funds using any payment processor, like PayPal, Skrill, or Stripe, and later you decided to stop your advertising and request a refund for the remaining balance for any reason, the refund will always be sent back to the same processor you used for the original payment.
